Nat Vinod

President & CEO

Mr. Vinod has over 25 years of experience and, through his visionary leadership, has transformed HarmonyTech into a Premier Service provider with double-digit annual growth every year. Mr. Vinod is a full stack engineer, who in his dual role of CEO and CTO, provides technical solutions to our clients’ complex challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from PSG College of Engineering. He holds CSM and Microsoft certifications.

Kevin Martin

Vice President, Client Engagements

Mr. Martin is responsible for growing the highly dynamic systems delivery and technology innovation business at HarmonyTech.

Mr. Martin is a proven IT strategist and program manager with 25+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions for U.S. civilian federal agencies and U.S. Department of Defense. He is adept at building strong, cohesive and diverse teams to deliver architecture, implement infrastructure, and deploy solutions within scope, on time and under budget. Mr. Martin’s business acumen centers on his ability to identify and select opportunities for performance improvement, cost control, and productivity increases.

Lynn Richards

Corporate Advisor

Mr. Richards advises HarmonyTech with a track record of leading multiple key technologies and business initiatives concurrently. He is an expert at strategic planning, execution, and overseeing all company and program management phases, including business operations and software development. Lynn is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds ITIL and CSM certifications.

Mr. Richards has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
