July 20, 2021 – HarmonyTech today announced its organization has been appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development and Service (CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC) ML 3. A milestone accomplishment for the small but growing company. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved.
The appraisal rating was issued following an independent standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement by TIQHUB, an independent CMMI partner. Customers can rest assured that HarmonyTech has received the highest form of 3rd party validation.
