June 30, 2023 – HarmonyTech Awarded USPTO Trademark Reporting and Monitoring (TRAM) System Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Contract
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) awarded the Trademark Reporting and Monitoring System Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract to HTI. This contract will begin on September 1, 2023, and is a nine-month base period with two six-month options.
HTI will provide technical services to operate and maintain the production environment for the Unisys ClearPath MCP server at the USPTO. Our team will also develop and maintain the TRAM mainframe system and support users’ daily operation.
